Most people that know me know that throughout the years I’ve lost/gained weight. The highest I ever got in high school was 160 pounds. I know, crazy huh? But when I turned 19 I decided to change my eating habits and began to work out. I also managed to lose 30 pounds.
I’ve been running ever since, and will probably continue to do so for a very long time. However, I do like to change it up a bit and add other workouts. I’ve done, P90x, Insanity, yoga, Zumba, weight training and anything and everything that can help me stay in shape.
I recently joined Title Boxing and so far I’m loving it. It’s a combination of many exercises. Aside from punching a bag they also make us run, squat, do sit-ups, weights, ab workouts and so many other excersices I can’t remember.
Since I am training for my second full marathon in September and maybe a third in October, I decided to only do two months. I’ve been going to Title Boxing five days a week and running four, which means sometimes I’m working out twice a day.
After three weeks of going to Title Boxing, I’ve noticed I’ve gotten stronger, I can do real push-ups, run faster, lost an inch from my waist and I’m not as stressed anymore! It might have to do with punching a bag.
Once I’m done with my two months, I will share results and maybe even before and after pictures. Hoping to see some major results!
